Mill District Studio Open House
Working artists open their mill-building studios one weekend each season — painting, ceramics, glass.
The old mill buildings along the river now house painters, potters, printmakers and a glassblower. Twice a year they open the doors, put out cider, and let you watch them work.
Free to browse, and most artists sell directly. The buildings themselves — timber beams, huge industrial windows — are half the appeal.
