Hemlock Gorge Family Nature Hunt
A ranger-guided scavenger hunt through the gorge for ages 5–10, ending under Echo Bridge.
A Friends-of-the-reservation volunteer leads kids through the gorge looking for hemlock cones, river-carved rock, heron tracks and the best echo spot. Ninety minutes, mostly downhill, ends with the shouting.
Registration is free but capped at twenty kids. Long pants recommended — there is poison ivy off-trail.
