Pellegrini Park Bocce Courts

Pellegrini Park Bocce Courts

Real bocce courts with real regulars — show up, watch a while, and you will get invited in.

The bocce courts at Pellegrini Park are one of Newton’s best pieces of living culture: an ongoing, decades-long game among Nonantum regulars, played most fair afternoons and evenings in season.

Balls are usually on site. Standing at the fence for ten minutes is the accepted way to get asked to play. The park also has a playground and a small lawn.

Where to find it

Pellegrini Park, Adams Street, Nonantum, MA 02458
